Are your dresses true to the photos?
We strive to accurately represent our dresses online. However, please note that colors may appear slightly different due to variations in screen settings. 

How do I find the right size?
We provide detailed size charts for each dress. Measure yourself and compare your measurements to our size guide. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

What if my dress doesn't fit?
We offer free exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate the process. 

Shipping and Delivery

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to the United States as well as 27 countries across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. For details, click here

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping in the US and Europe typically takes 7-12 business days. For details on other countries, click here.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. 


Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
